QRmia is a service of Arbitre AI SL, a Spanish company, tax ID (NIF) B10675692, at Calle Quevedo 16, Dénia (Alicante), 03700, Spain. Contact: r@arbitre.ai. These terms apply to qrmia.com.
The service
QRmia lets you create and manage QR codes, associate content and locations with them, link stickers and receive messages from QR pages. Available features and limits are described in the service. Any future paid products or services require separate price information and agreement; these terms alone do not authorise charges.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be authorised to use your sign-in email and to represent any organisation on whose behalf you act. Protect your mailbox, access codes and devices; sign out on shared devices. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unlawful content, malware, infringement and unauthorised access are prohibited. Do not bypass CAPTCHA or security limits. Minors must have the required legal capacity or lawful representation.
Content and public access
You retain rights to your content and authorise Arbitre AI SL to host, process and display it as necessary to provide the service according to your settings. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to publish other people's images, locations or data. Do not publish sensitive or children's information without appropriate safeguards. Public fields can be viewed and copied by anyone who obtains the QR or link. A hard-to-guess URL is not access control. Check visibility before sharing.
Stickers, redirects and contact
Check QR content and destinations before printing or distributing them. Linking a sticker allows page management but does not prove ownership of the physical object. Before unlinking, review the notice and available retention choices: the next holder may see content you retain. Redirects can lead to external websites with their own terms. QRmia can hide the owner's email from visitors, but message content may identify its sender. Anonymity from technical providers and guaranteed delivery are not promised.
Maps and third parties
Maps and directories are informational and may contain errors or omissions. They are not emergency services or a sole basis for safety decisions. Where Google Maps features are available, their use is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. OpenStreetMap attribution and contributors’ rights are retained. Availability may depend on quotas and third-party services.
Incidents, changes and liability
We may restrict use or remove content where necessary to prevent abuse, comply with law or protect others. Contact us to report an issue or request review. Uninterrupted availability and recovery of lost objects are not guaranteed; keep copies of important content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before taking effect where required, without removing accrued rights.
Applicable law and complaints
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by law; these terms do not require consumers to waive statutory jurisdiction rights. Direct questions and complaints to the contact above.
