After scanning, people can immediately see information about the property or item: a description, photos, floor area, condition, price, rental or sale terms and other important details.

If interested, they can send the owner or agent a message directly through QRmia — without a phone call or having to disclose their contact details.

At the first stage of contact, both sides remain anonymous: the potential client does not see the owner's phone number or email, and the owner does not receive the client's personal contact details. Contact details can be shared later — only if both sides choose to do so.
